We at Localyze are dedicated to assisting you throughout the relocation process. However, to ensure a swift and seamless processing experience, we rely on accurate and comprehensive information from your end.

When submitting your documents to government institutions, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Format: Please exclusively upload all documents in PDF format. ZIP files should not be used.

  2. Scan quality: For optimal results, refrain from using photos of the documents. Instead, utilize scanning apps to produce high-quality scanned documents.

  3. Photos: Please be aware that authorities will not consider photos included in the submitted documents. Therefore, it is essential to provide scanned PDFs exclusively.

  4. Smartphone compatibility: To enhance convenience, we recommend using scanning apps that prepare documents in the appropriate format, allowing seamless use of smartphones.

Example based on a personal document:

We request that you combine the original version, translation, and apostille/legalization (if applicable to your case) into a single file before uploading.

You may provide your personal documents during the assigned step accordingly:

Or in the Document's section, if you are unable to find the right place in your assigned step to share multiple pages of files or additional documents, you can share them separately in the "Document section".

By adhering to these instructions, you will help facilitate a smooth and efficient relocation process. Thank you for your cooperation and feel free to reach out to us if you require any further assistance.
