If there is an urgency to travel outside of Germany and you have not received your residence permit card yet, then it may be possible to request another Fiktionsbescheinigung. A proof of flight tickets may be required. However, whether the Fiktionsbescheinigung will be issued or not may highly vary between cities. Please consider your Case Manager's advise on this.
