It is required to complete the registration within two weeks of moving into your new residence. Booking registration appointments is unfortunately quite a tricky task in most major German cities due to the limited availability. As you cannot go to the office without an appointment, and you have to register within those 2 weeks of arrival, please keep trying. The available appointments don't make this seem realistic, however, please try booking an appointment as early as possible in order to not run into any issues. Some city websites (such as Berlin’s) allow you to refresh the page often and see if any new and sooner appointments become available. You might also have to book an appointment with a further away office if no closer ones become available. Please check for appointments especially early in the mornings, and multiple times throughout the day to see if more appointments become available within your desired time range.

It is required to complete the registration within two weeks of moving into your new residence. As part of the services booked for you, we will take over the registration appointment booking (if not advised otherwise by your Case Manager).
