As indicated in your Localyze profile in the pipeline steps ‘Fill registration form’ and ‘Prepare registration appointment’, those documents usually are the following:
your own passport
your family member(s)’ passport(s) (if they are relocating with you)
rental contract
landlord confirmation
registration form
Please make sure that you have all the documents in place before attending the appointment as you will need all of them in order to receive the registration confirmation. The appointment can only take place on / after the official move-in date as indicated in the rental agreement.
If you are relocating with family, please also double check your registration office’s website in order to find out whether you need to book separate appointments.
After booking the registration appointment, you usually also receive an email from the registration office (or us in case we have booked it for you) that lists the documents you need, and that also contains information about the applicable fees, time, and address.
