In your Localyze profile, this is explained in the step 'Apply for health insurance'. Please follow the process there. It will guide you through the sign up and will inform you about everything you need to know, including costs and the difference between public vs. private health insurance. Please be aware that your family (if they are relocating to Germany as well) will also have to apply for German health insurance.

Apart from the necessity of choosing the general health insurance in Germany, you might most likely also need a travel insurance to get your visa that covers the time between the date of your (planned) departure and your first day at work in Germany. Please double check the embassy's checklist for that.
