As a EU national, you do not need a visa in order to enter Germany as a tourist.
As a non-EU national per this list, passport holders of certain nationalities may enter Germany visa-free and stay in the country for up to 90 days in any 180 period. If you travel and plan on re-entering Germany on this visa, you should not have any issues if you have not used up those 90 days yet.
