Which criteria qualify me as a Blue Card candidate?

In order to be eligible for a Blue Card, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Your foreign degree is recognized in Germany

  • You have a job offer (employment contract) from a German company

  • The job title is strongly relate to your degree

  • Your annual salary is at least €56,400 (as of 2022), or at least €43,992 (as of 2022) for positions in the fields of mathematics, IT, natural sciences, engineering and human medicine.
