If the translation makes note of the different spelling based on an official regulation, this should not be an issue. For those cases, a footnote should be attached to your name in the translated document saying something along the lines of "The transcription of all proper names was done according to the standard ISO xx; the spelling in the passport differs from the spelling used here".
