You can find all the necessary application forms in the Localyze software in the pipeline steps called ‘Fill xx form’.

If you are preparing for your visa appointment:

In the step 'Prepare embassy appointment' you will see the visa appointment document checklist. Please click the button that says ‘CLICK HERE’ and you will be redirected to the official embassy checklist based on your country of residence. The checklist will also contain the links to additional documents that you may have to fill at this specific embassy. Please also consider the advise provided to you by your Case Manager so far on potential additionally required documents.
