A common theme among the online UK visa applications are that the information which you have completed may be deleted if you log out. The UK visa application should be saved before you log out in order to save all the information which you have entered in.

Whilst on your application you may come accross this screen. This screen means that your application is open in another window on your desktop or your browsing cookies have still stored the application on your browser.

You have 2 options to either click 'resume your old application' and the screen will come refresh and ask you to log in. Or you can click 'continue my current application' and again the screen will refresh and prompt you to enter your password.
