Once your application has been submitted, you will then need to provide your ‘biometrics’ and supporting documents.

Your application form will have a green button to ‘provide your biometrics / Book your appointment’. You will then be redirected to the appointment providers website which will already be linked to your application. Sometimes you may need to use the same email and password for your application to log in to your appointment.

The appointment provider will offer a range of additional paid services, i.e. document scanning / document review. This is totally optional and is your choice to pay for an take on any additional services.

We would recommend booking an appointment time near a location to you and at a suitable time.

You should keep in mind that the processing time will start from the date of your appointment. This is because your application is only validated once your biometric information and documents have been submitted.

The service providers which work with the Home Office are TLS appointment centre and VFS Global.
